These terms apply when you use Xvidfa.st (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by the owner of Xvidfa.st, who you can reach at our contact page.
1. What the Service is
Xvidfa.st keeps a library of video listings collected from other websites. You can browse it, read it through an API, export parts of it and, on plans that allow it, have new videos posted to Telegram.
The library holds references and metadata, such as titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags and links. It does not hold copies of video files. The videos belong to their owners and stay on the websites that host them.
2. Your account
- Give a working e-mail address and keep your password and API keys private.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- One account per person or organisation. Do not create extra accounts to get around limits.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has your credentials.
3. Plans and limits
Every plan gives access to the library under limits, for example how many API requests you can make per day, how many exports you can run and how many Telegram bots and channels you can connect. The pricing page lists the limits of each plan. When your plan ends you return to the free plan.
We may change plans, limits and prices. A change never shortens a period you have already paid for.
4. Points
Points pay for extra work, such as scraping a page you request or sending messages from a Telegram feed. Each kind of work has a price in points. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what happens to unused points.
5. Payments
Payments are made in cryptocurrency through third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store card data. The provider's own terms apply to the payment, and network fees are yours to pay. A payment counts when the provider reports it as complete or when an administrator confirms it. Please read the Refund and Cancellation Policy before you pay.
6. Using the Service
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: use the Service lawfully, stay within your plan's limits and do not harm the Service or other people.
7. Content and rights holders
Content in the library belongs to others. An entry in the library gives you no right to copy, redistribute or republish the underlying videos. You are responsible for how you use what you read through the Service, including on your own websites and channels.
If you hold rights in something listed here and want an entry removed, follow the Content Removal Policy.
8. Requests to scrape a page
Where the Service lets you ask for a page to be scraped, you promise that the page is public and that you may lawfully request it. We may refuse or cancel a request. The videos a request adds join the shared library and are available to everyone.
9. Telegram
To post to Telegram you give us the token of a bot you created. We store it encrypted and use it only to run your feeds. You are responsible for your bot, your channels and the messages sent through them, and for following Telegram's rules and the laws that apply to you.
10. Availability
We work to keep the Service running but cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance.
11. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other people at risk. You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, contact us.
12. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
